I've always been drawn to understanding the human experience—how our stories shape us and how our inner and outer voices influence our lives. This natural curiosity, combined with my ability to unpack complex situations, led me to become a therapist.

Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, the way you speak to yourself, and how you interact with others. We'll identify what serves you and when it's time to let go. Our goal is to ground you in your authentic self, enable you to self soothe and navigate life's inevitable challenges with a greater sense of ease.
